1. What the service is
iSaySo is a platform for managing business SMS communication: sending messages and campaigns from your business's own device, receiving replies, managing contacts, scheduling, and analytics. Using the service means you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and free trial
- Your account belongs to the business that opened it. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under the account.
- A trial account comes with a batch of free messages — no payment, no commitment. When the trial ends, you can move to a paid plan — or simply walk away.
3. Lawful messaging — that's on you
Messages go out in your name, from your number, to your contacts. Which means:
- Recipient consent is your responsibility. Sending marketing messages requires the recipient's prior consent, in line with Israel's anti-spam law (Amendment 40).
- The system detects opt-out requests ("STOP") and stops messaging anyone who asks — automatically. Bypassing this mechanism is prohibited.
- The service may not be used for deception, impersonation, fraud, distributing abusive content, or anything else unlawful. Accounts that break the rules get blocked.
4. Payment and plans
- Prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly, based on the plan and add-ons you choose.
- Non-payment may limit outbound capabilities (campaigns and scheduling) until it's resolved. Transactional messages and conversation replies keep working.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Availability and liability
- We do our best to keep the service highly available, but it also depends on things outside our control — cellular networks, carriers, and your device — so it's provided as-is.
- Our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid in the three months before the event. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, the code, the design, and the brand — ours. The content you send and your contacts — yours, and we use them for nothing beyond running the service for you.
7. Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be announced in advance in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
