We don't count your messages
Everyone else charges per message. We don't — because your message goes out from your own device, on your own mobile plan, and it costs us nothing. Selling it to you again would be charging you twice. The daily cap exists for one reason: a number that sends too much, too fast, gets blocked by the carrier. The cap protects your number, not our pocket — and it applies only to what the system duplicates for you: campaigns, schedules, templates and messages sent through the API.

A boost is more of the same day; a plan is more business. A boost attaches to any plan and raises the duplication cap — fixed, every day, all month. A cap, not credits: nothing burns at the end of the day.

Add-ons that attach to any plan
Every add-on attaches to a plan, and whatever the plan already includes is never billed twice. The first two cost different amounts on different plans — the whole breakdown is written out here, not hidden behind an asterisk.

Send from your own systems, get notified on replies and opt-outs. The higher the plan, the less the add-on costs — because part of the infrastructure it leans on is already paid for.

What counts toward the cap and what doesn't?
What you type yourself is never counted: picking a contact and writing them a message, or replying to a customer in the conversations view — no counter and no cap, on every plan, including the free one. The daily cap applies only to what the system duplicates for you: a campaign to a mailing list, scheduled messages, sending from a template, and messages sent through the API. Why there? Because a number that sends volume too fast gets blocked by the carrier — the cap protects your number, not our pocket. And when you need more, you raise the cap from inside the system, with one click.
What happens when I hit the daily cap?
The duplicated messages that are left wait for tomorrow. Typing and replying carry on as usual — they were never counted anyway, so you won't get cut off mid-conversation with a customer. If it keeps happening, raise the cap with whichever boost fits, right from the system.
Why a daily cap and not a monthly quota?
Because a monthly quota would charge you for messages you already paid your mobile carrier for. The daily cap protects your number from being blocked by the carrier — it is not a way to bill you by the word.
Boost the cap or upgrade the plan — which is better?
A boost is more of the same day; a plan is more business. On The Whole Team needing 2,000 a day, a +1,000 boost costs ₪100 and brings you to ₪329; The Network at ₪449 also adds double the devices, double the users, API access and signature removal at no extra cost. If you only need more of the same day, boost it; if you need more business, move up a plan.
Why don't add-ons cost the same on every plan?
Because part of what the add-on leans on is already paid for by the plan. API access costs ₪79 on At Your Pace, ₪29 on The Whole Team, and on The Network it is already inside at no extra cost. Removing the signature costs ₪19 on the free plan — there, that line is what funds the plan — ₪10 on At Your Pace and The Whole Team, and on The Network it is included. No asterisks: every price is written next to the plan it belongs to.
Is there a commitment?
None. Month to month, cancel whenever you like, no penalties. We'd rather you stay because the product works — not because of a clause in a contract.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every payment is backed by a legally compliant tax invoice-receipt — gapless numbering, itemized VAT, and all of it available to view and print right from the system.
