What's inside

Tools that do the work, not the talking.

We built iSaySo around how a business actually talks to customers: you say it, it happens. Everything on this page exists and works today — no "coming soon", no wishful thinking.

Campaigns

Pick your audience, write one message with personal variables — and every customer gets it as if it were written just for them. Sending is staggered at a human pace, because it really goes out from a phone, not an anonymous server farm.

  • Personal variables: name, city, any field you define
  • Multiple wordings of the same message — so you don't sound like a robot
  • Throttled sending rate + time windows for campaigns
  • Live delivery tracking, message by message

Conversations

Every reply pops up as a floating chat on your dashboard — whatever screen you're on. Answer on the spot, minimize, and get back to work. The full history is always right there.

  • Floating chats with real-time notifications
  • The whole conversation in one place — outgoing and incoming
  • Replies auto-linked to the campaign that triggered them
  • "Stop" is detected and handled automatically, as the law requires

Schedules

Appointment reminders, subscription renewals, order follow-ups — set the schedule once, and the system runs it every single day, at the time you set. Even while you're on vacation.

  • Recurring schedules — daily, weekly, monthly
  • Ready-made templates with personal variables
  • Quiet hours — no message will ever wake a customer at 11pm
  • Future sending down to the exact minute

Analytics

SMS has no "read" receipt — anyone promising you one is making it up. So we measure what you can actually know: delivery, clicks on personal links, replies and opt-outs.

  • Personal short links — know who clicked, not just how many
  • Reply rate and response time for every campaign
  • Breakdowns by device, user and campaign
  • One-click CSV export
Honest with you

What we didn't build — and why

Some of the capabilities promised elsewhere simply don't exist in SMS. We won't sell them to you.

A "read" metric

SMS has no read receipt in the protocol. Instead we measure clicks on a dedicated link — a real proxy, not an invented number.

Receiving SMS on iPhone

iOS has no API for reading incoming messages, on any path. Two-way receiving works through Android.

Bulk sending from iPhone

The iOS Shortcut doesn't run in the background, and time-based automation is daily-resolution only. So campaigns run from Android.

The easiest way to get it is from the inside.

Open a free account, pair a phone with a QR scan, and send your first message from the business's own number. No credit card.
