iSaySo exists so businesses can talk to their customers. A site that some people cannot use contradicts that at its root — so we invest in accessibility, not to tick a regulatory box, but so the site works for everyone who reaches it.
1. Accessibility level and standard
This site has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines, and with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
2. What has been made accessible
- Full keyboard navigation — every link, button, and field is reachable with Tab and operable with Enter or Space, without a mouse.
- Visible focus indicator — the element currently holding keyboard focus is marked with a clear outline, on every page and every kind of control.
- Skip to content link — the first item on every page, revealed the moment keyboard focus reaches it. It saves going through the menu again on every page.
- Hierarchical headings and landmarks — every page has a marked main content region and graded headings, so it can be navigated with a screen reader.
- Colour contrast — every text-and-background combination on the site has been measured and meets the required ratio, including secondary text, footnotes, and copyright lines.
- Labelled forms — every field in the contact and signup forms has a linked label that screen readers announce, plus autocomplete on identity fields.
- Announced messages — the result of submitting a form, success or error, is announced to screen readers and focus moves to it. Nothing happens that only sighted users learn about.
- Alternative text — decorative icons and graphics are hidden from screen readers to avoid noise; anything carrying information is described in text.
- Zoom support — the site is built in flexible units and stays readable and usable at up to 200% zoom, with no horizontal scrolling.
- Mobile — all layouts adapt to screen width, and touch targets are properly sized.
- Reduced motion preference — for anyone who has asked their operating system to minimise animation, all motion on the site is disabled.
3. Parts that are not fully accessible
We would rather say this up front than have you discover it yourself:
- The human verification component (CAPTCHA) on the account signup form is provided by a third party (Cloudflare Turnstile) and is not fully under our control. If it gets in your way — write to us and we will open the account manually.
- The dashboard and Android app are still being made accessible and are not covered by this statement, which applies to the site's information and marketing pages.
- Third-party content not produced by us may not meet the standard.
We keep fixing and improving, and your report moves an item off this list faster than anything else.
